I give permission to Nomad Reservations, LLC and the (Platinum RV Park and Resort) to collect my
personal data, being my name and contact information, as it relates to my reservation for
camping with Platinum RV Park and Resort. Further I recognize that my data will be stored on Nomad
Reservations, LLC secure servers within the United States and will not be used for any purpose,
other than that being used for reservation of a camping spot.
